He (Fred) is saying stuff like: "What am I supposed to do? I need a piss and there's no bogs inside" and "I needed a piss!".

His mates are generally laughing at him and saying things like "Freddie is pissing himself!"

I love the way the young couple look across at what is happening as they enter the shop!!

I'm guessing he didn't think it would cause as much mess as it did. The way he was adjusting his trousers at the beginning suggests that he was attempting to limit the damage. He gave up when he realised this was in vain.

So yes, I think he would've regretted it! I bet he pissed alfresco the next time he was caught short.
