Just thought I'd bring up the topic of belts.

I want to hear about your real or imaginary encounters with belts, particularly ones with tricky buckles.

I've never had a problem with a belt, but your post brings to mind a way for a man to create desperation for himself: Take a piece of nylon fishing line, tie one end to the zipper slide and the other end to the tongue of the belt buckle. Neither the zipper nor the belt buckle can be opened, and fishing line is both tough and nearly invisible.

Oh to do that to a guy when he is asleep. Imagine the scene. Needs a pee and cannot get his trousers undone and has no idea how this has happened. As you offer to help him, of course looking for the scissors everywhere except for the place they live, he gets more and more desperate for that pee.

Especially fiendish if the victim doesn't discover the fishing line until he's racing to the john with only seconds to spare.

I'm just evil. Bad to the bone.

Almost as fiendish as the cling film over the toilet trick - mind you that works much better with the girls!

I've had zippers stuck in the down position, but never up. I suppose it could happen if you jammed a bit of cloth in it while zipping.

Some trousers/jeans have miniscule flies that almost require unbuckling the belt, and some styles of underwear make it more convenient to do it. The rest of the guys, well, they're just showoffs.

tight underwear + crotch tight trousers + button fly + fly doesn't go low enough + belt buckled on the tight side --> need to unbuckle to extricate the member
